The tip of today is very simple. We will learn how to empty a folder from all files stored inside it, sub-directories will not be touched. The command we will use is the "rm" command.

Launch the terminal and access the folder you want to empty using this command:

cd /path

Replace /path with the correct path to your folder.

Then use this command to delete all folder files:

rm *

Or simply use the "rm" command followed by the path to the folder as follows:

rm /path/*
