Receive Friend Tweets Notifications on Firefox

If you want to get alerts of your friends tweets directly from your Firefox browser, then Echofon will be your good choice. It is a Firefox add-on that can alert you whenever a friend posts a tweet on your account.
Once Echofon is installed, a small status bar button will appear, click it, add your Twitter account access details, then hit OK.
