If you are looking for an Android application that allows to send all notifications you receive on your mobile phone to your computer, I recommend that you install Remote Notifier. When your mobile phone is not beside you, you will still be aware of received SMS/MMS on your computer, even alerts are sent when your mobile phone battery is running low. Remote Notifier Installation
Let's first install android-notifier-desktop on your Linux distribution:
- Debian-based Distribution
Launch the terminal in administrator mode and run these commands:
echo "deb http://android-notifier-desktop.googlecode.com/svn/deb-repo stable main" >> /etc/apt/sources.list
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install android-notifier-desktop
Launch then the application by opening Applications >> Accessories >> Android Notifier Desktop, or simply run this command via the terminal:
